Louis Proietto
President

Louis Proietto is a third generation painter. As early as age 13 he spent his summer vacations and weekends painting with his father outside of Philadelphia. He moved to Florida in 1980 and began painting for his family’s business until he decided to branch out on his own at age 24.
Since that time, Proietto Painting has grown from a small operation with two painters into a multi-million dollar corporation with a portfolio that ranges from high-end residential buildings to large commercial ventures. Under Louis’ direction, the company has completed jobs such as the Broward Center for Performing Arts, the Broward Convention Center, and a large number of Walt Disney World Resorts.
In the 1990’s Louis saw the need to diversify and in 1993 he began Pro-Tech Caulking & Waterproofing, Inc. to pursue a potentially untapped industry. Along with his partner Tom Welsh, Louis built Pro-Tech into a company that is a leader in its industry with over 8 million in annual sales.
Louis built his companies from the ground up, relying on experience and good business sense. He has always made it a top priority to keep his business at the forefront of their industries. As an active member of PROSULT, a peer networking group, since 1998, Louis has built strong bonds with business consultants and other owners in the industry to maximize his companies’ potential.
